- What is raw vegan chocolate?
- Chocolate made from cocoa butter and raw (unroasted) cacao, sweetened with agave or dates, with no dairy. It has a more intense, slightly more bitter flavour and melts faster in the mouth than classic chocolate.
- Does it contain milk or lactose?
- No. All our chocolate is dairy- and lactose-free. "Milk" versions use coconut or cashew milk.
- What is the cocoa percentage?
- Generally 70–85% raw cacao, depending on the variant. Exact concentration is on each product page.
- How should I store it?
- At room temperature (under 22°C / 72°F) for up to 3–4 weeks. In warmer weather, refrigerate — take the chocolate out 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavour.
