- Does raw vegan ice cream taste like classic ice cream?
- Similar texture (creamy, slightly denser), but a more complex flavour — fruit and nuts come forward instead of being masked by sugar. Many people say it is more aromatic and more satiating than classic ice cream.
- What is in your ice cream?
- Coconut or cashew milk base, fresh fruit, agave syrup (or dates), coconut oil. No animal milk, no eggs, no refined sugar, no industrial emulsifiers.
- How long does the ice cream keep?
- In the freezer (-18°C / -0.4°F), about 1 month. After opening and partial use, consume within 7–10 days for best flavour. Take it out 15 minutes before serving.
- How do I transport it home?
- For trips over 15–20 minutes we offer a thermal bag with dry ice. Note the distance in your order.
