- Does raw vegan ice cream taste like classic ice cream?
- Similar texture (creamy, slightly denser), but a more complex flavour: fruit and nuts come forward instead of being masked by sugar. Many people say it is more aromatic and more satiating than classic ice cream.
- What is in your ice cream?
- Coconut or cashew milk base, fresh fruit, agave syrup (or dates), coconut oil. No animal milk, no eggs, no refined sugar, no industrial emulsifiers.
- How long does the ice cream keep?
- In the freezer (-18°C / -0.4°F), about 1 month. After opening and partial use, consume within 7–10 days for best flavour. Take it out 15 minutes before serving.
- How do I transport it home?
- For trips over 15–20 minutes we offer a thermal bag with dry ice. Note the distance in your order.
- Do you deliver in Cluj-Napoca and Florești?
- Yes, to both. We reach Cluj-Napoca, Cluj-Napoca (outskirts), Florești, Someșeni, Făget, Feleacu, Baciu, Dezmir and sat. Gheorghieni. Delivery starts at 20 lei, and over 500 lei it is on us. - How far in advance should I order?
- At least 2 working days, because we make everything fresh once you order. Some products need longer, and each one states its own lead time on its page. For large events, with several cakes or a candy bar, allow about a week. We do keep a little stock, though: cake slices, and now and then a whole 1 kg cake. It changes from one day to the next, because it sells quickly. If you need something urgently, call us on 0772 177 216 or message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
- Do you deliver ice cream in Cluj?
- Yes, in Cluj-Napoca and nearby. For trips longer than 15 to 20 minutes we pack it with a thermal bag and dry ice, as described above. Put the ice cream in the freezer as soon as it reaches you.
- Do you have a shop in Cluj I can visit?
- You will find us at str. Mehedinți, nr. 96 (la casă), et. 1, Cluj-Napoca, with one caveat: there is no shop floor with a display case and tables, the way a classic patisserie has. We have a workshop with a pickup point, and everything we make has come out of it since 2016. Come by (mon–fri 09:00–16:30, saturday 09:00–12:00) and take whatever is in stock that day, or we will bring your order to your home or office.
