1. Operator details

This website is operated by Dulce Hrănitor s.r.l., a Romanian legal entity, VAT ID RO37921977, Trade Register registration number J2017004576129, with headquarters at str. Mehedinți, nr. 96 (la casă), et. 1, Cluj-Napoca 400529, Romania.

By accessing https://deliciisanatoase.ro and placing an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Orders

Orders are placed online, by adding items to the cart and completing checkout. After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email listing the products, date, delivery/pickup address and total.

Prices are shown in RON and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but orders already confirmed are honoured at the price at the moment of placement.

3. Payment

Payment is made online by card, securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your card data. For pickup orders you can also pay on collection — cash or card.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver in Cluj-Napoca and the surrounding area (Florești, Baciu, Someșeni, Feleacu). Delivery cost depends on the zone and is shown in the cart before checkout. The free-delivery threshold is also displayed in the cart.

Pickup is available at the workshop: str. Mehedinți 96, Cluj-Napoca, mon–fri 09:00–16:30.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under art. 16(d) of GEO no. 34/2014 (transposing EU Directive 2011/83), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food and to products made to the customer's specifications. Full details in the refund policy, including the cancellation window (minimum 2 days) and the procedure for quality defects.

6. Liability

We commit to delivering products in the best possible conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, traffic issues or other force-majeure situations. If we cannot fulfil an order, we'll contact you for rescheduling or a refund.

Product images and descriptions are indicative. Final products may have minor visual differences, but respect the recipe and listed ingredients.

7. Intellectual property

Website content (texts, images, recipes, logo) belongs to Dulce Hrănitor s.r.l. and is protected by copyright law. Use of the content without our written consent is prohibited.

8. Data protection

Personal data processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law 190/2018. Full details in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes are published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.

10. Dispute resolution

For any complaint, please contact us first at the details below. If we can't reach a solution, you can turn to:

• ANPC — Romanian Consumer Protection Authority.
• ODR — EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Applicable law is Romanian law. Competent courts are those in Cluj-Napoca.
