How we work
A pastry shop without a counter, desserts made with heart
It all started in 2016, from Valentina Savu's passion for desserts without flour, eggs, milk or refined sugar that still taste properly good.
Today we are a small team in a workshop in Cluj. We make every cake by hand and with care, from the base to the last raspberry on top. Nothing on a production line.
We have no counter and tables like a classic café. We work to order: you choose the dessert and the day, we get to work. And if you drop by the workshop, a few cake slices might be waiting for you.
Our cakes are raw vegan: unbaked, with no refined sugar, eggs or dairy. We also make number cakes for birthdays and desserts for events.

- Do you have a shop I can visit?
- We have a workshop with a pickup point at str. Mehedinți, nr. 96 (la casă), et. 1, Cluj-Napoca. It is not a café with a counter and tables, so the easiest way is to order online and come to collect. If you are lucky, there are cake slices in stock to take on the spot. Pickup hours: mon–fri 09:00–16:30, saturday 09:00–12:00.
- How far ahead should I order a cake?
- At least 2 working days ahead, so we have time to make it properly. Some products need longer, and the lead time is on each product page. You pick the delivery or pickup day in the cart.
- Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
- We deliver to Cluj-Napoca, Cluj-Napoca (outskirts), Florești, Someșeni, Făget, Feleacu, Baciu, Dezmir and sat. Gheorghieni. In Cluj-Napoca delivery starts at 20 lei and is free over 500 lei. The minimum order for delivery is 100 lei, and the exact fee for your address shows in the cart, no surprises.
- What does raw vegan mean?
- It means they are never baked. The bases are nuts, seeds and dried fruit, the creams cashew, coconut and fruit. No refined sugar, no eggs, no dairy. Ingredients and allergens are on every product page, so you know exactly what you are eating.
- How do I store a raw vegan cake?
- Cakes arrive frozen, because that is how they are made. Move them to the fridge 2 to 4 hours before serving, depending on size, and that is it. Raw pastries keep 3 to 5 days in the fridge, if they last that long.
