The story

How Delicii Sănătoase started

In 2016, Valentina Savu founded a vegan and raw-vegan patisserie laboratory in Cluj-Napoca — a niche still new in Romania at the time, often met with scepticism.

It all started from a personal passion for clean eating and the discovery that desserts can be made without flour, eggs, butter, milk, refined sugar or artificial flavours — and still be fully enjoyable.

“At Delicii Sănătoase we put a lot of emphasis on quality, clean ingredients, and we do our best to make desserts that indulge you while also nourishing you,” says Valentina.

Today, in the workshop in the Mănăștur neighbourhood, raw-vegan cakes, pastries and truffles are made by hand with carefully chosen ingredients. The ethos hasn't changed: clean ingredients, nourishing recipes, pleasure without guilt.

What “healthy” means to us

Four rules we don't negotiate — on every raw-vegan cake, every pastry, every truffle.

Clean ingredients

Nuts, fresh fruit, seeds and natural sweeteners — no additives, colourings or chemical preservatives.

No heat treatment

Raw products are never heated — enzymes and nutrients stay alive.

🍯

No refined sugar

We sweeten naturally with honey, agave syrup, dates or green sugar (ideal for diabetics).

🌿

No artificial flavours

Flavour comes from the ingredients: Bourbon vanilla, cocoa, fruit, citrus zest.

Delivery and pickup in Cluj-Napoca

We deliver raw-vegan cakes and pastries in Cluj-Napoca and the surrounding area: Florești, Baciu, Someșeni and Feleacu. Orders over 500 RON get free delivery within Cluj-Napoca.

Pickup is also available at the workshop: str. Mehedinți, nr. 96 (la casă), et. 1, Cluj-Napoca.
