- How are raw vegan pastries different from baked ones?
- Raw vegan pastries never see an oven, so ingredients stay under 42°C / 108°F, preserving vitamins and enzymes. Our baked vegan range (under "Vegan pastries") is also animal-free but goes through heat, with a texture closer to classic pastries. Both ranges skip refined sugar and animal ingredients.
- How many calories does a raw vegan pastry have?
- About 350–450 kcal per 100 g, similar to a classic pastry, but the calories come from nuts, fruit and healthy oils rather than white flour and sugar. They are more satiating, so a smaller portion satisfies.
- Are they sweeter than classic pastries?
- Usually less sweet. We use agave syrup or dates in small amounts, with most sweetness coming from fresh fruit. Many customers rediscover the natural taste of ingredients this way.
- Do they go well with coffee?
- Yes, beautifully. The creamy textures and intense flavours (coconut, pistachio, raw chocolate) pair very well with espresso or herbal tea.
- Do they contain animal proteins (eggs, honey)?
- No. The standard version is 100% vegan: no eggs, no honey, no dairy. On request we can swap agave for honey; note this in your order if you prefer it.
- Do you deliver in Cluj-Napoca and Florești?
- Yes, to both. We reach Cluj-Napoca, Cluj-Napoca (outskirts), Florești, Someșeni, Făget, Feleacu, Baciu, Dezmir and sat. Gheorghieni. Delivery starts at 20 lei, and over 500 lei it is on us. - How far in advance should I order?
- At least 2 working days, because we make everything fresh once you order. Some products need longer, and each one states its own lead time on its page. For large events, with several cakes or a candy bar, allow about a week. We do keep a little stock, though: cake slices, and now and then a whole 1 kg cake. It changes from one day to the next, because it sells quickly. If you need something urgently, call us on 0772 177 216 or message us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
- Can I order raw vegan pastries with delivery in Cluj?
- Yes. Order individual pastries or an assorted box on the site and we deliver in Cluj-Napoca and nearby. Delivery prices by zone are on the How to buy page.
- Do you have a shop in Cluj I can visit?
- You will find us at str. Mehedinți, nr. 96 (la casă), et. 1, Cluj-Napoca, with one caveat: there is no shop floor with a display case and tables, the way a classic patisserie has. We have a workshop with a pickup point, and everything we make has come out of it since 2016. Come by (mon–fri 09:00–16:30, saturday 09:00–12:00) and take whatever is in stock that day, or we will bring your order to your home or office.
